Daily Journal of a guy who is in wheelchair and has Osteogenesis Imperfecta
WOW, Blogger of the Day!
First of all thank you JEERAN for choosing me Blogger of the day, I do not know how is it chosen, but thanks. I don't know why but I feel that I want to post more posts but to be honest my life is not that eventful, when I started this blog I had this idea that I will be heavily posting daily sharing my life with you. But the hard hitting fact was that nothing much happens in my life :) Sad, but true...

Well the main thing that happened to me was the earthquake, well I live in Dubai and couple of days ago an earthquake hit in Iran, and here in UAE we felt the tremors, I was in my bed thank God that I was awake, the shock would have been worse if I was sleeping. The bed started moving like as if I am in a boat, the pictures hanging in the wall started rapidly moving and the cupboard doors started shaking too. It was really bad 10 second of my life, the problem that faces me in these situations is that I am in bed so if I wanted to runaway its not possible until either my father or brother come and put me in the wheelchair. In these situations I really feel how DISABLED I am, my father in the kitchen and my brother is sleeping he woke up when the shaking started happening, the funny thing is that my father did not feel it at all. I was shouting and shouting and he did not understand that an earthquake is happening.

So after the shake finnished, which took 10 seconds, I sat in my wheelchair and started searching the net to find any info on this, back then we still did not know that its in Iran. Then I started seeing photos from different places in Dubai specially in those places that have skycrapers and high towers, how people were evacuated out fear that damages might have happened in the buildings.

Hopefully I wont wait for another earthquake to post here :)
And again thanks to all who commented and all who visited the blog, and thanks again for choosing me the Blogger of the Day :)

I would like you - if it's OK - to share your thoughts...thoughts and feelings are so much more important than events.
Awaiting more posts...best regards
